RUSC Represents at PPR Annual Outdoor Soccer Awards Banquet for Fall 2019

On Monday January 28th 2019 the Philadelphia Department of Parks and Recreation held their annual Outdoor Soccer Awards Banquet at Cannstatters Volksfest-Verein.

The banquet was attended by teams who finished as Runners-Up or Champions of their respective leagues in both the PPR Boys and Girls leagues in every age category, Parks and Recreation staff, and special guest speaker David Pettican the 1st Philadelphia Union Youth General Manager.

Roxborough United Soccer Club was represented by Coach Rex and the U8 Girls (Runners-Up), Coach Murph and the U12 Boys (Runners-Up), and Coach Jeff and the U10 Boys (Champions).

The teams and their families enjoyed a nice meal together and later celebrated their accomplishments on the field with trophies, smiles, and memories that will last a lifetime.We are very proud of each and every volunteer in the Roxborough United Soccer Club who help all of our teams succeed both on and off the field.We win… TOGETHER! We lose… TOGETHER! We get better… TOGETHER!
